INGREDIENTS

6 oz. Elbow Macaroni
10.5 oz Can of Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Cup Sweet Peas
1/4 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Two 7 oz. Cans of Tuna
Salt and Pepper to taste
Potato Chips (to cover top when lightly crumbled)

3/4 cup (170 grams) unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup (150 grams) light or dark brown sugar
1 cup (200 grams) granulated sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
2 tsps vanilla extract
2 cups (250 grams) all-purpose flour (leveled)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
Topping:
1/4 cup (50 grams) granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsps ground cinnamon

Cook and drain noodles per package directions. Drain and rinse peas(to reduce sodium) then microwave on high for 25-30 seconds

Preheat oven to 350ΒΊ

Line a 9 x 13 baking pan with aluminum foil (alternatively, individually line a round or rectangular-shaped muffin tin)

In large bowl, mix together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined

Add in eggs and vanilla and mix until fully combined

Add the flour, baking powder, cream of tartar, and salt to wet ingredients and mix until JUST combined

Spoon batter into pan and spread out evenly

In a separate bowl, mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the mixture in the pan

Drain and flake tuna

Bake at 350ΒΊ for 25-30 minutes (less for muffin tin) or until tops of the bars are set

Combine all ingredients (except potato chips)

Lightly crush potato chips and sprinkle on top

Lightly grease a 2 1/2 or 3 quart casserole dish

Bake in oven at 350Β° for 15 - 20 minutes. Serve warm. 6 servings

Remove from oven and allow to cool in the pan. If baked in 9 x 13 pan, when cool, cut into squares. Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days
